Marshall took me to see the movie Dear John last night. After reading the book, I really wanted to see the movie so we asked my mom to babysit and went and saw it. I really liked the movie and although I cried the entire time, I turned out happier than the book was! Weird, huh?
I think that they did a really good job with the movie. There were a lot of differences in the movie from the book though so it was a little confusing for me who was comparing the whole thing to the book. I can say that I liked the ending in the movie better than the book's ending.
Everyone should go see it so that they continue making movie's based on Nicholas Spark's novels. It is so much fun to read a book and then go see the movie!
